Easter Day

It was lovely to see flowers again after Lent. Mamie, as usual, did us proud with a beautiful display.

Because the school holidays co-inside with Easter this year, a lot of our congregation will be away this year. If you are going away please send our regards to any church you may visit on your travels.

Mothers Day

March 10th and Mothers Day. Bishop Dorsey arrived to take the service and join us for a light lunch afterward.

Susan took her first turn at administering the chalice and managed not to drown anyone.

There was a good number in the congregation and the children gave each lady present a posy.

For lunch there was a choice of soup – 5 varieties in fact – and sandwiches followed by home bakes.

With good company and tasty food, what more could anyone want.
